Rental Agreement & Terms

By requesting, reserving, or using equipment from Plug N Go Rentals (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following:
1. Ownership
All equipment provided remains the sole property of Plug N Go Rentals unless a rent-to-own agreement is fully completed. Customer has no ownership rights until all required payments are successfully made.
2. Payments
- Payments are due based on the selected rental plan (weekly or monthly).
- Late or missed payments may result in service interruption, additional fees, or removal of equipment.
- Continued possession of equipment without payment is considered unauthorized use.
3. Right to Access & Retrieve Equipment
- Customer grants Plug N Go Rentals the right to access the service location, with reasonable notice when possible, to inspect, service, or retrieve equipment.
- Immediate retrieval may occur in cases of non-payment, misuse, abandonment, or violation of this agreement.
- Customer agrees not to interfere with or prevent equipment removal.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customer is fully responsible for the equipment while in their possession, including:
- Loss or theft
- Damage or vandalism
- Misuse or neglect
- Unauthorized relocation
Customer assumes full financial responsibility for repair or replacement if necessary.
5. Proper Use & Setup
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a safe manner.
- Improper setup or use may result in damage charges and/or removal.
Customer is responsible for proper setup requirements including, but not limited to:
- Power supply
- Ventilation (for AC units)
- Water connection (for swamp coolers)
- Proper hookups (for washers/dryers)
6. Location Restrictions
- Equipment must remain at the approved delivery address.
- Moving equipment without written approval is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal.
7. Damage & Repairs
- Normal wear and tear is expected.
- Any damage beyond normal use will be charged to the Customer.
- Company reserves the right to determine repair vs. replacement.
8. Vending Equipment (If Applicable)
- Customer is responsible for stocking, pricing, and managing inventory.
- Customer retains profits unless otherwise agreed.
- Plug N Go Rentals is not responsible for product loss, spoilage, or cash handling.
9. Cancellation
- Rentals may be canceled with a minimum of 48-hour notice.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
- Equipment must be returned in similar condition.
10. Rent-to-Own (If Selected)
- A portion of payments contributes toward ownership.
- Ownership transfers only after all required payments are completed in full.
- Missed payments may void ownership eligibility and revert to standard rental terms.
11. Default
Failure to comply with this agreement, including non-payment or misuse, may result in:
- Immediate removal of equipment
- Additional service or recovery fees
- Termination of rental privileges
12. Limitation of Liability
Plug N Go Rentals is not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Loss of income
- Business interruption
- Indirect or incidental damages
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plug N Go Rentals from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use, misuse, or possession of the equipment.
14. Agreement Acceptance
By submitting a rental request or taking possession of equipment, Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
